Promoting Pyramid School Feng Shui
Residential Analysis
Reading various books on Feng Shui can be a real challenge when
it comes to sorting everything out! One reason Pyramid School Feng
Shui is cutting-edge is that it speaks to the intelligent person's
logic and basic instincts about what makes an environment comfortable
and positive for THEM. Bamboo flutes or Chinese coins may not be
expressive of your decorating style! Also, American architecture
is very different from Eastern architecture where traditional Feng
Shui was practiced centuries ago. Each consultation I perform is
custom designed and site specific for the individuals living in
the environment. I offer 3 basic residential consultation versions.
I begin my assessment of your overall home environment from a 3-mile
radius of where your home is situated. I look for current conditions
in your neighborhood, near-by commerce, power lines, standing or
flowing water and any negative energy pockets. I draw up a simple
contract for the project, which includes your expectations of the
consultation so that we avoid any miscommunication. All personal
information you provide through questionnaires or conversation remains
confidential. I do not share your name or contact information; nor
would I use you for promotional purposes, unless I approach you
about an opportunity and you give me permission in writing.
For each of the 3 consultation versions I offer, I ask home inhabitants
over the age of 8-10 to complete a questionnaire. You return the
questionnaires to me; I analyze them, do some preliminary work and
then we set an appointment for my first visit to your home:
The cost-effective version consists
of 2 site visits. I spend up to 2 hours in your home at the first
visit, giving you room-by-room Feng Shui adjustment recommendations.
It is preferable to have all inhabitants there at the time so that
I can analyze any specific needs for each person beyond the information
provided on the questionnaires. You would want to use a portable
tape recorder to record the recommendations I give. I take photographs
for my files, especially in case you have future questions about
the recommendations. I return to your home after you have made the
adjustments and take another set of photos. At that time I ask you
to complete a brief evaluation of my work or write a testimony of
your experience in working with me on your Feng Shui design project.
This version is an investment ranging from $250-$500, depending
on criterion like the size of the home, number of inhabitants and
the time involved.
The detailed analysis version
is based on the number of people living in the home, the square
footage and whether we are addressing the entire home at once or
approaching the home in 2 phases. I create a detailed written analysis
report for you and you may contact me indefinitely (at no further
cost) to clarify anything in the report. The investment normally
ranges between $600-$1,200. I visit the home at least three times--more
if you decide to approach the consultation in 2 phases. The first
site visit normally takes 3 hours. I interview each family member.
Young children (usually over four years old) can also give me information,
which helps in recommending the best Feng Shui adjustments for the
entire family and the home's environment. I return to the home in
a few weeks to discuss my recommendations and the written report,
and visit the home a third time after the adjustments have been
made; at that time I ask you to complete a brief evaluation of my
work or write a testimony of your experience in working with me
on your Feng Shui design project. I take before and after photos
for my files in case you ever have future questions.
The designer version results
in the production of a standard interior design board and is for
clients who desire visual recommendations of furniture placements
and styles, color, lighting, art, accessories, etc. The investment
normally ranges between $950-$1,600, depending on the time involved.
Phase conditions mentioned above apply here as well. A detailed
written analysis report is also included and you may contact me
indefinitely (at no further cost) to clarify anything in the report
or the design board.
