Corporate & Commercial Analysis
The Feng Shui I promote and practice is Pyramid School Feng Shui;
it is cutting-edge because it speaks to the intelligent and astute
owners and executives conducting business in America in 2004. Each
analysis I perform is custom designed and site specific for the
individuals who own or manage the business. I offer 3 basic corporate
consultation versions.
I begin my assessment of your corporate or business environment
from a 3-mile radius of where the business is situated. I look for
current conditions in the neighborhood, near-by commerce, power
lines, standing or flowing water and any negative energy pockets.
We draw up a contract for the project, which includes your expectations
of the consultation so that we avoid any miscommunication. All personal
or corporate information you provide through questionnaires or conversation
remains confidential. I do not share your name or contact information;
nor would I use you for promotional purposes, unless I approach
you about an opportunity and you give me permission in writing.
For each of the 3 consultation versions I offer, I ask that questionnaires
be completed. Depending on the client's request, this could be from
owner(s), managers and all or some employees. You return the questionnaires
to me; I analyze them, do some preliminary work and then we set
an appointment for my first site visit.
The cost-effective version
consists of 2 site visits. I spend up to 5 hours at the business
site the first time, giving you Feng Shui adjustment recommendations.
It is preferable to have all those who filled out questionnaires
there at the time so that I can analyze any specific needs for each
person. You would want to use a portable tape recorder to record
the recommendations I provide. I take photographs for my files,
especially in case you have future questions about the recommendations.
I return to the site after you have made the adjustments and improvements
and take another set of photos. At that time I ask you to complete
a brief evaluation of my work or write a testimony of your experience
in working with me on your Feng Shui design project. This version
is an investment ranging from $700-$1,400, depending on criterion
like the site's square footage and the number of employees.
The detailed analysis version
is based on the number of people involved, the square footage of
the site and whether we are addressing the entire site at once or
approaching it in 2 phases. I then prepare a detailed written analysis
and recommendations report, which we discuss at the site. You may
contact me indefinitely (at no further cost) to clarify anything
in the report. The investment normally ranges between $1,200-$3,000.
I visit the business at least three times--more if you decide to
approach the consultation in 2 phases or if major renovation is
involved. The first site visit normally takes 3 hours. After all
Feng Shui adjustments have been made, I visit the business a final
time to fine tune the environment or clarify anything in the report.
At that time I ask you to complete a brief evaluation of my work
or write a testimony of your experience in working with me on your
Feng Shui design project. I take before and after photos for my
files in case you ever have future questions.
The designer version results
in the production of a standard interior design board and is for
clients who desire visual recommendations of furniture placements
and styles, color, lighting, art, accessories, etc. The investment
normally is $3,500 and up, depending on the time involved. Conditions
mentioned above apply here as well. A detailed written analysis
and recommendations report is also included and you may contact
me indefinitely (at no further cost) to clarify anything in the
report or the design board.
